It was named after Garret Augustus Hobart, the 24 thVice President of the United States but Hobart is no longer a small western town, it has grown into a desired destination and community. With the Quartz Mountain to the southwest and the Wichita Mountains to the southeast the backdrop is set for this serene, picturesque community in the heart of southwestern Oklahoma.
